Peer Street Outreach

Peer Street Outreach Program consists of WillBridge staff, residents, volunteers, and collaborating partners, like Santa Barbara Public Health Nurse. The team connects with 50/60 chronic homeless individuals three times a week, not accessing services. The team builds relationships opening the door to provide trusted advice in the safety of their environment. Available is clothing, hygiene kits, lunches, transportation, referrals for additional services & encouragement to acquire shelter.
